The frequency for me is two weeks. Don’t be lazy, they would be more dirty than you thought. The cotton sheet and bedding accompines us closely in the night for a long time, during which time, your body would emit a lot of toxic things and tiny unseen germ, it will be much better if you put them in hot sunshine every once in a while,but the case is usual not like this, there are often gray days without sunshine such as in rainy seanon or cold winter, then the bedding, if not cleaned after one monthes or even longer, it may be harmful for your health in a way unknown to you.
Two weeks is great, one month is ok too, according to your habits. I remember when I was living in school apartment, where the living condition is poor and damp, and I don’t quite change the sheet that often, so I got some skin problems at that time, but when everthing changed and I moved to better places and have good living habit, those problems are nonwhere to see.
So if you got skin problems, first check if you wash your sheet and cotton bedding in a required frequency.
Look around you at home, you will find that you are living in a cotton world with many household items made of cotton. You are laying on the cotton pillow, wearing the cotton T-shirt, holding the cotton bear, sitting on the cotton bedding sheet, and I feel very comfortable about all this.
So items made of cotton are very common in your home, cotton industry must be a giant industry that hold a large market. The basic point is the Cotton fabric, that’s the basic cotton element made of all this together.
So do you know how cotton is grown and what is feels like pure cotton ? That’s a tricky question you never thought about, right? Cotton is very important in human life and planting cotton maybe a good way to be rich.
Cotton bedding and silk bedding, if compared, is not a simple good or bad question. Silk bedding is out of the question the very wanted type of bedding by many people, but people may still end up buying cotton bedding since the their price is a lot more expensive and it’s hard to tell if it’s really good silk or not.
Cotton bedding have a more larger market share, it’s the most commonly used. But as to many health features, silk bedding is better. Silk could absorb your sweat, breath well itselves, keep warm in winter and keep cool in summer. Imagine how many silkworm has devasted themselves to made just one bedding sheet.
Cotton bedding could be dry in the sunshine for long time but silk bedding never endure hard sunshine. Be careful if you are using silk bedding, it’s fragile and need careful protection to keep a long time use.
If you are using the cotton bedding, remember to let them in the sun to kill the invisible bateria often, better every week, especially the pillow as I have talked about in my last post.
Cotton bedding and silk bedding, if your budget allows, have them both, and experience the difference yourselves.
Every night you would have intimacy relationship with your pillow for several hours and you never know it may have a great influence in your health. If you never bring them out to absorb enough sunshine to kill the bateria, they become full of mites or other tiny bateria to hurt your health and influence you in a way you don’t even notice.
So in the bright sunshine today in summer, bring them out in the drying place, don’t waste the sunshine. Then at night you can breethe the sunshine flavor and feels better touching them too. Our cotton pillow need the sunshine every once in a while, so don’t be lazy.
Today I bring them out after I wake up in the morning and tonight I would enjoy a better sleep I suppose. The rainly season has passed away so fast, the fierce sunshine returns again. It’s time to let your clothing or cotton bedding or pilow or inner wear out to absorb sunshine.
Do you have the same trouble for the cotton pants. When it been worn sometime, then it seem to be without its original shape. They become so soft to only suitable for household wearing.
Is there something wrong about how you wash them ? Maybe. Do you wash them with many other clothes together in the washing machine, since cotton fabric can’t endure strech. Do you keep them in the hot sun for too long, since in the summer time, the sun is so fiece to hurt the cotton fabric, let it loose its color and flexibility.
You may have to take notice from now on, than your pants might have longer live.

When I go to bed at night and try to sleep at night, I’d like to keep all the voices out, not even the air-condition, and I would close all the light that can be closed, like the TV button, the net router switch and so I can sleep more tight and deep.
Everytime when I enjoy my evening time, I’d like some the soothing songs with cotton voice like the Trippop, Deampop, light Indiepop…. always I download some music podcast from itunes to my Ipod, since it game me surprise since I won’t know what I’m gonna hear about. I rencently quite addict to that podcast called “music for midnight”, featuring all the soul touching music and sounds, most of them like singing in the air, voice so cotton to warm and smooth you.
I remember the swedish band “Bang Gang” was following into this type, they are so quiet and peaceful music. Cotton voice so sweet.
That’s a proverb of engligh, “waking in high cotton” means someone who is living in complacent state and feel very well about his career, his living status. In shorter words, someone who is living very well.
So there must be such people around you, are they deserve to get all those they have, all they are just lost in self prideness. I’d rather see “walking in high cotton” as a confidence about oneself, a lifting spirit that may helps you doing well. So it’s a good mind.
Someone are seem to waking in high cotton, like those bright celebrities there, who are always glamorous and shining, but haven’t we often heard of them comit suicide or have a finantial broken.
I was not walking in high cotton in a strict sence. I have too many things to worry about, but, cherish today and living it well is what we gotta do, right 
Have you lost your cute cotton toys around you in your childrenhood ? I still got them in my home, the cotton brown bear in my sofa, the cotton panda on my fridge, the cotton rats in my bedroom and……..There is so many memories in the past when I look at them.
Nostalgia feeling comes more easily in rainy days like today, the rain outside is pouring and me sitting in my bed, escape from work for one day. Reading some book and don’t stare at the computer screen for today.
Holding my cushion and cotton cute toy, I feel I’m younger again, how cosy it feels. I bought most of my cotton toys in Yangzhou, China, where is famous for those furry toys, with price a lot lower than most places.
Cotton Teddy bear is a classic toy and a great decoration for some corner of your home, I even thought about raise a real teddy bear dog one day, but I don’t got time, it’s my birthday presents, one more thing for nostalgia.
I love this yellow color design and its wider layout, with more focus to the post contents, very simple to the eye. I like simple, and the text is looking good too.

That’s the album I’m listening for a whole afternoon last sunday afternoon, when the sun is so fierce outside, while I’m enjoying such a joyful Indie Pop, holding my favarite cotton cushion, feeling very cozy and happy.
